Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und frisch renoviert. Kaffee für die Nespressomaschine und Wasser waren bereitgestellt. In jedem Raum gab es Ventilatoren. Bei heißen Sommertagen wurde das gerne genommen. Es wird ein Stellplatz in der nahen öffentlichen Tiefgarage bereitgestellt. Da diese ausgebaut wurfr und nur eine Einfahrtshöhe von 1,90m anbietet wurde uns in einer weiteren Tiefgarage am Bahnhof ein Stellplatz besorgt.
Es gibt wenig Ablademöglichkeit für das Auto bei der Anreise. Ein Lageplan der die Kurzparkzone hinterm Haus anzeigt wäre von Vorteil. Es ist ein großes Gebäude und hat mehrere Eingänge. Wir mussten die Schlüssel im Büro 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei einem Schlüsseltresor abholen. Leider lies sich die Eingangstür nicht öffnen, denn wir standen vor der falschen Haustür. Wir mussten noch einmal telefonieren. Also für den Newcomer. Der Eingang ist Links hinter Post und nichts rechts. Auch hier wäre eine Information oder Zeichnung Vorteil. Bei der Kommunikation gibt es Raum nach oben. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen. Sie ist gut gelegen und komfortabel.

Appartement très propre tout neuf bien équipé et joliment décoré et très bien situé au centre de Chartres
Juste un peu bruyant les chambres donnent sur la rue impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Manque juste une serviette à mains
