We stayed for two weeks during our first days in London and had a really lovely time. The place was good and comfortable, but what stood out most was our host, Andrea. She was amazing: humble, warm, and always reachable whenever we needed anything.
When we arrived and couldn't find the keys, she came over straight away to help us settle in. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference after a long journey. She had also left a welcome pack with snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch.
The place was lovely as shown online in the images.
The place was cleaned once over the weekend during our stay. Overall, we'd happily recommend it, especially to anyone new to London looking for a friendly, helpful host.
The only small thing was the heating. The nights got quite cold (around 16–17°C or even lower), and since the heating is controlled by the host, we couldn't adjust that much to ourselves. When I fell unwell, I needed the room much warmer, around 26–27°C, purely for health reasons rather than comfort. Having just arrived from India, we weren't yet used to these temperatures. Andrea was fair about it and even offered a refund if we chose to stay elsewhere, which we appreciated. A little flexibility with the heating for guests who are new to the UK climate or feeling unwell would make an already lovely stay even better.

We really had a great experience, from the booking to the end of our holiday, the Host Andrea was amazing, she gave me all the information regarding parking, grocery store, transports and many more. Always available and prompt in her response to any questions, she made our stay so easy and lovely. Everything in the property was clean. It was really important for me to have a clean and nice place for my two children, we were also so happy to be able to travel with the cable cars since they are about 5min away from the property, an amazing experience for my children too since it was their first time.
She is an amazing host and I highly recommend her property.

The apartment was bright, airy and clean. Lots of space. The overall presentation of the accommodation was very pleasant. Really good location and close to Custome House station. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Host was super helpful with pur last minute booking. She accommodated all our requests and even phoned to ensure all are fine. Check-in was easy and simple with clear instructions.
