Lovely host, very helpful and good communication. Location was perfect, right near the prom, there was a car park nearby at the top of the road and also a cafe where we enjoyed a good breakfast. Room was spotlessly clean, seaview, very spacious, beds comfortable, very quiet despite Storm Beolo blowing a gale outside, we slept well. A good selection of hot drinks, milk and sugar, plenty of and well stocked, loved that there was also a large bottle of water left for us to use. A great stay and helped make a fabulous night away in Blackpool. Thank you.

Owner was lovely and decorated throughout for Halloween which my son loved, even walked into the rooms with trick or treat bags laid on the bed for us. Room was lovely and clean. We had plenty of hot drink options, also a very thorough booklet of Blackpool and what’s in it, you could tell the owner was very thoughtful.
The owners dog is a bit intimidating jumping and barking but we never seen it or came into contact with it.
