Unloved property lacking basic amenities
Location was ok but that’s about it
1) There is no bbq or tools for a bbq
2) There is no internet or WiFi
3) The shower doors are broken and fall off whenever you open or close the doors
4) One of the kitchen chairs is broken beyond use
5) There is no parking anywhere near the property - you will end up with a rude note and threats to have your car towed if you park anywhere on the road the property is on
6) Do not expect a response from the local agent or the parent company - they don’t care about the property or the client
7) The swimming pool is dirty and they merely put chlorine in it - there was scum around the edge of the pool and my daughters had to get a water bottle out the bottom of the pool that someone had left
8) The property has a serious damp problem as evidenced by the dehumidifier (which was leaking) and the fact that the bedding felt damp and all our clothes were damp when we got home
9) Even the parasols on the terrace are held together with cardboard and plastic
There is just no care for this property at all and amenities aren’t included even though they were listed. This property is not worth the money and I would never stay in a property run by this company again!
