We stayed here for more than two weeks and were very pleased with our experience. We visited during the low season, so there were few people around, which also contributed to the wonderfully peaceful atmosphere both within the residential complex and in the surrounding area, as well as on the beach. The beach is literally a two-minute walk away: you walk through the complex, pass through two gates, and you're already on the beach. But let's get back to the apartment. Cozy, peaceful, and quiet. We often cooked our own meals in the kitchen, which seems to have everything necessary, although an additional frying pan (besides the wok already provided) would certainly be useful. Basic groceries – dairy products, eggs, juices, coffee, etc. – can be bought at the four nearby 7-Eleven stores. Fruit is sold by local vendors at small stalls not far away. For more substantial grocery shopping, you need to take a Grab or Bolt to one of the Lotus's (Tesco) supermarkets or hypermarkets – no more than a 20-minute ride even to the farthest one – or to the Makro wholesale store. The apartment has a fairly spacious wardrobe and several bedside cabinets with drawers for storing clothes and other belongings. There is no safe, however. The water in the shower is hot enough, with good pressure. The washing machine on the balcony is easy to operate. However, the drying rack, also located on the balcony, is not particularly convenient if you need to dry a lot of clothes. Downstairs, there is a drinking water vending machine where you can refill your own bottles. The swimming pool, designed as a canal surrounding the buildings, is simply wonderful. There are also two simple water slides. And finally, a few words about the host. David is a very pleasant, open, friendly, and helpful person, always ready to offer advice or assistance whenever needed, and always quick to respond. Thank you, David! We are more than certain that we will come back here again next year.

Absolutely amazing place. Great pools and an amazing beach. There’s a 7/11 and Tops Daily nearby. The apartment had everything I needed. The host also provided bottles of water and two packs of chips, which was a really nice touch. The wifi didn’t work for the first 3 days, but the host fixed the issue very quickly. I’ve already booked this place again for December. It’s probably one of my favorite places in Pattaya now.

The only downside was the neighbours upstairs. They would drop cigarette ash and cigarette packs onto my balcony. They would also occasionally have loud arguments in the middle of the night, which would suddenly wake me up.
