This apartment needs a lot of work to make it comfortable. I highlighted the issues with the agency on day one, and they were kind enough to allow me to cancel our future stay without paying a fee. I don't like to leave negative reviews but the reviews on booking.com are misleading.
We loved the sound of the music playing from the bar across the road on Tuesday evenings. The concierge was kind and friendly, and the building felt safe.
Mold in the bathroom, the space was cramped for a family of four, uncomfortable sofa bed, a lack of some kitchen utensils (especially mugs), dirty cups, very cheap and unstable furniture (a cupboard almost fell on my 5-year-old), inadequate cooking space, limited hot water in the shower (it was luke warm to begin with, then we had no hot water for the last couple of days).
The agency said the mold is cleaned once per year and that it would happen soon.
