Altogether the rooms where okay but the facilities and communication could be better.

The rooms where clean and the location was very good. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook.

The Lift broke down several times and the rooms where on the 11th floor. Now imagine me having to go up and down the stairs several times. I was also promised early check in, only to be told the night before that it wasn’t possible anymore. I had to wait from 8am till 5pm before I could get into the apartment, as the lift broke down even before I could get in. There is so much that went wrong.

0/10 would never pay if i knew

Nothing..

The water was cold we didint get our whole stay hot water, and the jacuzzi was dirty & malfunctioned & broke and Host tried to blame me for it, very bad service but cleaning staff was nice, would not reccomend for anybody. Horrible…. Its an illusion of ”penthouse” had many flaws..

Great would definitely stay here again

Great location and clean. Staff friendly could not find the property, so had to call and the lady was lovely. Check in was smooth and easy

No late check out option.

Nothing to really dislike

Everything Lovely host too Was so pleased with the space and location -right in the heart of everything

The wardrobe looked like a storage, hence less available space to use. I think it can be well organised and more spacious for guests to store bags and luggages and clothing. More Pillows please
