About this apartment rental
This lovingly furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a small, romantic house that consists of only two apartments. Both apartments—the one featured here, called SEGELMAST, and the attic apartment, AUSGUCK—can be rented separately (each accommodating up to 4 people) or together as a house for families of up to 8 people. Situated on its own property, it’s the ideal place for quiet and relaxing moments by the sea.
The light-filled living area of this ground-floor apartment features a cozy couch with two armchairs for relaxing during cozy evenings together, as well as a separate, spacious dining area. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and features a cute bar table for morning chats.
From the living room, you have direct access to the large, furnished southwest-facing terrace with an adjoining lawn, where you can enjoy the sun all day and watch it set in the evening. The beach chair is also available at night for drinks.
The bathroom is also located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower in the tub. The toilet is in the same room.
The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed. Here, you’re guaranteed a wonderful night’s sleep thanks to the adjacent peaceful greenery.
The apartment comes with its own parking space. This is located in a shared carport along with the second parking space for the house’s attic apartment. You can also use a shared bike shed with a power outlet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Both apartments in the building were completely renovated in July 2021. They are located just about a 5-minute walk (300 m) from the beach, and their location on a side street makes them very quiet.
