One of the apartments is currently used as vacation rental and offers you comfortable living in a high-quality setting. Clean lines, bright rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere ensure that you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A special highlight is the outdoor pool, which is open from May through October—perfect for refreshing dips on warm days. For guests with electric cars, a private parking space including a wallbox is available—convenient charging right at the house. Sustainability is also a top priority here: The villa is heated by a modern heat pump and features a large photovoltaic system on the roof. Its location on Zinglingsberg combines tranquility and nature with easy access to the surrounding area—ideal for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers alike.
Hideaway Apartment:
This spacious vacation apartment offers you a high level of comfort and a stylish atmosphere for relaxing days. The light-filled living and dining area, which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, invites you to cook, dine, and relax together. From the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy sunny hours and a pleasant view. The apartment features two tastefully furnished bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the north-facing balcony with a view of the property’s private pool. Guests have access to the pool, which is open from May through October and provides a refreshing escape on warm days. Two modern bathrooms are available: an interior bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower and a private sauna. In addition, guests can charge an electric vehicle right on the premises. Spaciousness, comfort, and high-quality amenities—the ideal accommodation for couples or families seeking a pleasant and relaxing stay.
On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer prior to arrival. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A visitor’s tax of €3.40 per person (ages 2 and up) per day is payable on-site. Pets are not allowed.
