About this apartment rental
Located on the first floor, this spacious 120 m² apartment offers generous, practical spaces, perfect for families or small groups of up to 5 guests. It has a bright living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms. Set in the authentic surroundings of Fattoria di Basciano, it lies in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. You can relax in the panoramic pool, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the valley. Fans are available at reception and provided immediately on request: up to two per unit. We are considering additional cooling options for spring–summer 2027. The apartment can be connected to the "Valle" unit, ideal for larger groups wishing to share spaces while retaining their independence.
Nestled in the heart of Chianti Rufina, Fattoria di Basciano is a peaceful oasis in the Tuscan countryside. The apartments are set inside a restored 13th-century tower, surrounded by the estate’s vineyards and olive groves. Among cypress trees and vines, a panoramic pool overlooks the valley—perfect for relaxing moments. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
Basciano is an authentic place where history and nature meet, ideal for those seeking tranquility while exploring the area. Nearby, you can enjoy trekking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
Florence is just 25 km away and easily reached, as are Siena, Arezzo, and Pistoia. The nearby village of Rufina offers all essential services, while Pontassieve, a few kilometers away, provides a wider range.
