Vacation on Lake Constance – Exclusive with a Private Beach & Lake View
Enjoy your getaway in Immenstaad, one of the most charming towns on the lake. Our bright, approximately 40 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—just 200 meters from the shore.
Highlights of your stay:
Private beach: Our private beach section is just a 2-minute walk away. There, you’ll find free lounge chairs, a gas grill (for a fee), as well as parking spots and an electric pump for your SUPs.
Balcony with lake view: Start your day with breakfast while enjoying the view of Lake Constance.
E-Mobility & Parking: A private parking space right next to the house is included. An 11kW wallbox (currently out of order) is available for electric cars, and a charging station is available for e-bikes.
Boat Mooring: Bringing your own boat? The marina is just a 5-minute walk away. If you register in advance, you can reserve a berth with the local municipality!
Amenities:
The apartment features a cozy living room with an integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Prime Location in Immenstaad:
Enjoy short walks (2–4 minutes) to everything you need:
bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, and newsstands.
Culinary variety: From upscale restaurants (Seehof, Häfele) to cozy pizzerias (Il Centro) to rustic taverns and wine bars.
Excellent transportation links: The bus stop and ferry terminal are right nearby.
The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person. Upon arrival, all guests receive the ECHT BODENSEE CARD, your guest card for the northern shore of Lake Constance, which includes free travel by bus and train
There are currently some construction sites in Immenstaad, including some in the immediate vicinity, but the noise is kept to a minimum, and the noon quiet hours are strictly observed there as well.
