This 2-bedroom 3-bath Beach Themed home is perfect for your escape to Surfside. Inside, guests find a tremendous space featuring one queen bed in the Master with TV and a private bath. Second bedroom boasts cozy bunk Bed's with Twin on top and full on bottom with TV. Ideal for families or friends. Another full bath off the main area and a third bath downstairs under the home for Guest's convenience. Spacious living room area with ample seating and Large Fire TV. Enjoy sunning on the large front Deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Mornings are easy and convenient relaxing on the back screened Patio sipping complimentary Coffee and watching the Ships pass by. On the ground level you will enjoy a Concreted area with Picnic tables, BBQ pits, a sink with hot and cold running water, swing's for the children, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, a large yard and of course the 3rd bathroom. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Pedestrian Beach, Splash Pad, Jetty and Park. The soothing climate control keeps the atmosphere comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this superb home offers a welcoming retreat. We hope you enjoy what our place and Surfside have to offer. This Home is equipped with Outdoor Security Camera's. We supply amenities such as Beach Towels and Chair's for guests use, paper towels, bathroom tissue, tissues, dish soap, laundry Pods and starter (hotel style) shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please absolutely No BBQ pits or open flames on either upstairs decks. Please be aware, No unregistered Guest's, No Party's, No Drug's Permitted.

Most responsive and helpful host I have ever had with VRBO, if I could give her six stars I would. The property was just as described and suited our crew of 2 adults & 4 teens perfectly. Walking distance to the beach and in the cute funky town of Surfside was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was well-equipped and met all our needs. If you are looking for fancy--head toward Galveston, but if you want casual, laid-back and relaxing, this is the place!
