About this apartment rental
Welcome to Residenza Nemus, a charming and peaceful retreat nestled in the Ligurian woods, where history and nature come together. The Olea An apartment, located on the top floor of a historic building dating back to the early 1800s, accommodates up to 4 people (ideal for families or two couples) in spacious and elegant rooms, enriched with period details such as frescoed ceilings, Genoese mosaic floors, and a wonderful hexagonal room with bow windows offering unique views of the hills.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area invites you to relax, while the master bedroom, with double windows and vaulted ceilings, can accommodate a crib at no extra charge. Rounding out the property are two elegant bathrooms and a second double bedroom.
Outside, the Castagnaia awaits you—a private, fenced-in garden where you can relax, dine under the shade of the trees, and let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find restaurants, bars, wine bars, and shops, while the sea, the Cinque Terre, hiking trails, and bike paths are all within easy reach. For those who love to immerse themselves in local traditions, throughout the year you can take part in festivals and historical events, such as the famous Torta dei Fieschi in Lavagna.
A stay at Olea means experiencing Liguria through its history, nature, and modern comforts, in an environment that pampers guests in every detail.
