The Floating House Heaven on Earth is a freestanding houseboat in a marina on the water—with a lake view and sweeping panoramic scenery that evokes that vacation feeling the moment you arrive. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air: in the morning with coffee, during the day on the sun loungers, and in the evening while dining together at the outdoor furniture. The dock is right outside the door—you can’t get any closer to the water.
Inside, a bright, cozy temporary home awaits you, featuring a living room, dining area, and an open-concept kitchen. Everything here is designed to make you feel right at home: The sofa and cozy nook invite you to relax, the TV and radio provide entertainment, and Wi-Fi is, of course, available. For cozy evenings, there’s also a gas fireplace, while air conditioning and heating keep the indoor climate comfortable year-round. Fly screens and privacy shades on all windows provide comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels are provided. An electric grill is available for hassle-free grilling.
The Floating House offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and—with sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people—is perfect for couples, families, or a short getaway with friends. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are included. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water.
Safety and amenities have also been taken care of: smoke detectors/fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided. A coat rack and vacuum cleaner round out the practical amenities. The house is a smoke-free property; children are welcome, and pets are also allowed.
