Things to Note
โญ๏ธ Vancouver has a visible homeless population, particularly downtown. The building is in a safe area east of the core, but you may encounter individuals if walking into the area. If visible homeless people make you feel uneasy or unsafe, perhaps this unit isnโt the right space for you and a spot further out into the suburbs would be a more appropriate choice.
โข โ No pets, smoking, parties, or unregistered guests.
