The apartment sleeps up to four people and features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 180-cm double bed as well as a bunk bed with two 90-cm beds—ideal for families or friends. The sunny terrace invites you to start the day in a relaxed way or wind it down with a view of the greenery.
This place is a real highlight, especially for families: Children have plenty of space to play and explore, a swing provides extra fun, and the natural surroundings turn every stay into a little adventure.
Practical extras like a ski and bike storage room round out the amenities—perfect for active days at Hauser Kaibling in both winter and summer.

On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 4 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 are free): €2.50/night. Final cleaning: €95 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
