The vacation rental is 45 m² in size, is located on the first floor, and has two rooms—a kitchen-living room and a bedroom—as well as a bathroom with a shower and a window. The bedroom is furnished with a new box-spring bed with an electrically adjustable headrest and a single bed.
Bed linens and towels are included, Wi-Fi is available, and there is a new TV.
The municipality of Olbersdorf charges a guest tax of €1.50 per person per day of stay. The arrival and departure days are counted as one day each. The visitor’s tax is payable as a surcharge on top of the accommodation price.

The renovated and expanded farmhouse features two vacation apartments, each 45 m², with separate entrances. There is also seating in the garden. The farmhouse is located in a quiet residential area about a 10-minute walk from Lake Olbersdorf. The bus stop for trips to the mountain villages and the city of Zittau is a 1-minute walk away, and the stop for the Zittau Mountains narrow-gauge railway can be reached in 3 minutes.
One parking space is available on the property for each vacation apartment, and there is storage space for bicycles.
On-site costs: Payment is due on the day of arrival or can be transferred before arrival.
