Welcome to the Mutschall Vacation Rental. Our small but bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment complex on the street “Am Kampland,” and at 35 square meters, it’s ideal for couples or individuals.
The bright, freshly decorated, and modern living/sleeping area features a seating area, 1 double bed with separate mattresses (180 x 200), 1 wardrobe, 1 display cabinet, and 1 SMART TV (NETFLIX) and Internet radio with DVB-T2. The apartment is fully equipped with everything a guest needs to make their stay very comfortable. The separate kitchen area features a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped new kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, electric grill, and much more.- The bathroom is completely new and modern in design; it is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, hair dryer, and toilet. The apartment has been designated a “smoke- and pet-free zone.” A parking space is located directly in front of the house, which is situated on a cul-de-sac. A 100-meter walk takes you to the waterfront and the start of the promenade.
