The "Golden Flounder" floating house is a detached vacation home on the water in a lakeside resort—ideal for anyone looking to combine peace and quiet, nature, and exceptional comfort. With 44 m², a total of 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, it accommodates up to 4 people and is equally suitable for couples, families, and active vacationers who want to enjoy the lake right outside their door. Since it’s a smoke-free property and children are welcome, a variety of travelers will feel right at home here from the very first moment.
The centerpiece is the bright living area with a cozy sofa nook, dining area, and dining table—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day by the water. A TV and radio provide entertainment, while Wi-Fi and an internet connection make even longer stays enjoyable. For cozy evenings, there’s heating and a fireplace/stove; additionally, the air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate on warm days. Privacy screens on all windows and fly screens enhance comfort, especially during the summer months.
The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and dish towels. A starter kit is provided, along with bed linens and towels—convenient for a hassle-free arrival. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water.
Outside, the covered patio awaits with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a sunshade—a favorite spot with views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The dock is right next to the house, so the lake is literally just 0 meters away: Ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply starting the day with a cup of coffee by the water.
