✅ We adjust our price to suit small groups; if you book 7-8 guests, we will provide one set of sofa bed linen. 9-10 guests, another set of sofa bed linen.



✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you’ll be asked to complete verification through our secure guest app.



✅ Please do look after our home as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys.
