The Floatinghouse Ankerplatz in Ribnitz-Damgarten is a detached vacation home on the water that lets you enjoy a vacation right on the lake—complete with lake views and sweeping vistas of the surrounding countryside. Spanning 85 m², the house features a total of 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an additional guest restroom. With sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people, it’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a romantic getaway in a quiet, secluded location without sacrificing comfort.
The bright living area, with its sofa nook, dining table, and TV, invites you to relax together. Underfloor heating, central heating, and a fireplace/stove provide cozy warmth—perfect for cozy evenings any time of year. On warm days, the Floatinghouse features air conditioning, fly screens, and privacy screens on all windows, so you can enjoy privacy and a pleasant indoor climate. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, as are a radio, a coat rack, and practical everyday items such as a vacuum cleaner.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped for hassle-free self-catering: a glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. Even details like trash cans and dish towels have been taken care of to make the start of your vacation easy. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are also included.
Outside, you’ll find a covered patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades—a favorite spot for breakfast with a view of the water or a relaxing evening by the electric grill. The private dock makes arriving by water a special experience: whether you’re wading, swimming, or simply enjoying the view—the lake is right on your doorstep.
