We recently stayed 10 days at this property. Check-in was seamless, and we found the condo to be more than adequately stocked with all of the essentials. In fact, it was overstocked from what we are used to. We did not have to purchase anything other than food in order to cook at the condo. There were plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, even some seasonings, which was wonderful. The condo is very spacious. The location and property is extremely calm and quiet. If you are traveling with a family, it is perfect! Not the usual party scene of the keys. There was a marina that we used that was a mile down the road. Plenty of good restaurants within 10 to 15 minute drive. Centrally located to Bahia Honda and horseshoe Beach, which were a wonderful option, considering all of the sargassum. You’re about a hour from Key Largo and a hour from Key West so you can see all of the keys without any problem and then come back to rest and relax in the calmest part of the keys.The pool on property is perfect. While there is not a washer dryer in the unit, the property has one for use That is a speed queen and an awesome condition. I really can’t say enough about the property. It was worth every penny you spend. Because nothing is perfect. I will tell you the only two things that were challenging. The parking lot is tight so if you are driving a larger vehicle, your best bet is to back into your space. And the speed limits in the keys are strictly enforced.So don’t play with that

Key Colony Beach is a fantastic area to stay and this condo suited out needs. The close proximity to the beach was exactly what we were looking for and the two bedrooms/two bathrooms worked great for our family of 4. Plenty of beach accessories were available which made our trip the beaches more enjoyable. The bathrooms are a little outdated but that shouldn't stop you from renting. The owner was prompt with responses.

The two bedroom, two bath condo was very nice and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was right outside and to the left of the condo. The beach was a short walk around the corner. The pool was nice on some of the colder days, as it was protected from the north winds. Loved the short walk to sunset park and enjoying the sunset with other onlookers.
