The Floatinghouse Sunday in Ribnitz-Damgarten is a special retreat for anyone who wants to combine water, open spaces, and comfort. Located right on the lake, you can enjoy views of the lake and the surrounding countryside from the house—ideal for romantic getaways for two as well as for families looking for something out of the ordinary. The detached Floatinghouse is situated within a vacation resort yet still offers a pleasantly secluded atmosphere, perfect for taking a deep breath and unwinding.
Spanning 44 m², the house features a well-thought-out layout with a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The living area is bright and inviting, furnished with a sofa, a sofa nook, and a dining area complete with a dining table—a lovely spot for shared meals, game nights, or relaxing in front of the TV. A fireplace/stove also adds to the cozy atmosphere. Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay in every season. Blackout curtains on all windows offer privacy, fly screens ensure undisturbed evenings, and Wi-Fi is, of course, available; a radio is also provided.
The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic-glass stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. We’ve even thought of the little things, like dish towels, a trash can, and a starter kit—ideal if you want to arrive hassle-free and start your vacation right away. Bedding and towels are provided, as is hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and a window.
Outside, you’ll find a terrace and a covered area with patio furniture, sun loungers, and sunshades—the perfect spot for breakfast with a view of the water or a relaxing afternoon. A private dock completes the lakeside experience. An electric grill is available for enjoyable evenings.
