Please notice that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests remain subject to final operational approval. In rare operational circumstances beyond our control, this service may become unavailable and any associated fees will be fully refunded.

Pools, BBQ areas, fitness centers, and other shared outdoor facilities are in a separate building across the street, about a 5–6 minute walk from the unit and operated and maintained by the building or property management. Overall the condo is very nice, overlooking the marina. It was clean with all amenities and the price was very reasonable. The only two things I would recommend to improve the stay is to put liners in the trash cans and not to wait until the last minute or even second day of the stay to send instructions on how to check in or building info. We waited down by the elevators for more than 20 minutes as the owners wouldn't give out codes/info for how to get in until check in time. Having the information ahead of time helps the check-in process go more smoothly.
