-Check-In: Standard at 4 PM. Early check-in at 1 PM available for $125 (if scheduling permits).
-Pets: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (no cats). $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Guests must clean up after pets and crate them if left alone. No pets on furniture, please.
Unregistered pets incur a $300 fee and reservation termination.
-Fireplace Use: Operational October 1–April 1 only. Never leave unattended.
-Guest Limit: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Important Notes
Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
Outdoor Safety: Do not leave children or pets unattended.
No Smoking Indoors: Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee. Smoke outdoors only, at least 10 feet from doors/windows.
Hot Tub Rules: Must be 18+ to use. Max capacity: 7 people. No glass or added substances (e.g., soaps, oils). Replace the cover when not in use and strap securely.
Camera Policy: Exterior cameras are for your protection. Tampering with cameras will result in reservation termination without a refund.

The view is absolutely incredible!! Breathtaking!! Amazing!!! It is hands down the best view my family has ever had in a Smoky Mountain cabin. Panoramic view of the mountains. Phenomenal! We went for the 4th of July and stayed for 10 days. Everything we could need was there. Everywhere else I’ve stayed, I’ve needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, etc. because we were only given a tiny bit to get us started. In THIS cabin, we had everything, even separate beach towels for the hot tub. The cabin was clean and beautiful and well insulated so you don’t hear every little sound from the basement when you’re on the 3rd level. The theater room was awesome, pool table, air hockey, even a crate for our pup. There was no detail that wasn’t thoughtfully taken care of here. The communication with the property manager was better than I’ve ever had. She was quick to answer and immediately addressed any needs. The only issues I had were the road. There is a road that runs right by the cabin and the cars can be loud sometimes. However, I got over it because of the view. The only other issue was the comfort of one of the beds but I was told that would be changed by the time we come back for another stay. And WE WILL BE BACK. This was an outstanding place for my family (3 teens and 2 adults with 2 other adults who joined later). The cabin was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend!
