Outside you will have a large grassy backyard, located just above sea level, creating the feeling of being in the sea. The balconies that surround the property are covered and have areas to sit and dine with views of the sea and the entire coast of Búzios. Near the large pool the yard continues, now housing trees and plants on its lawn, creating an atmosphere completely enveloped in the green of nature. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day.
