Ideally located in a pleasant alley, located out of town and noise. Perfect for a great stay in Six Fours les Plages. Free parking nearby. 15m² green terrace in front of the accommodation with table chairs to meet around the plancha.

First floor, large living room with open kitchen.
Back kitchen with laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom, bed 140, reading area, shower room with WC.
