About this house rental
Our vacation home was originally built in 1837 and was partially rebuilt and restored in the 1990s
, though it has retained its old-world charm.
The house is located on one of Hooksiel’s oldest streets, about 250 m from the
village center and about 500 m from Hooksiel’s long North Sea
beach. There are great outing options right around the corner (… beautiful bike
trails, a large water ski facility, an indoor wave pool, the Marian town of Jever
with its brewery, a day trip to Heligoland…) and offers sunbathers
and beach walkers the perfect conditions for an unforgettable
vacation.
Dear guests, please understand that our vacation home is
strictly non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The house has Wi-Fi, which we provide to our guests free of charge.
The garden is fenced in, equipped with lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a seating area, and
is available exclusively to our guests. There is also a stone
garden shed with a handcart and bicycles.
Prices are based on occupancy for up to two people. For occupancy of up to
four people, the price increases by €10.00 per night per person.
The minimum booking period is four nights.
Upon request, bed linens can be rented for 8.00 euros and towels for 4.00 euros per person per set.
A guest bed for children, a high chair, and a handcart are provided in addition to the
standard amenities.
The Wangerland municipal tourist tax is charged separately.
You will receive your guest cards upon arrival.
