THE SPACE
The main living level is designed for gathering, with vaulted ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, forest views, and a wood-burning fireplace that brings warmth to the modern mountain interior. Plush seating and natural wood details create a comfortable place to relax after skiing, hiking, or exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining and living spaces for an easy, social layout. A natural wood dining table with vintage Eames-style chairs seats the group, while the home's reverse osmosis filtration system and dedicated alkaline drinking water tap add an extra level of convenience.

The entry-level primary suite features exposed wood-beam ceilings, a King bed, Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed and Full bed, while the mezzanine-style loft creates a dedicated entertainment space with Golden Tee, a two-player arcade loaded with more than 400 classic games, board games, books, tarot cards, and comfortable floor seating.

Outside, enjoy the spacious front deck with outdoor dining, a private hot tub, and a lounge area centered around the gas fire pit. Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Low-profile vehicles are not recommended due to the property access.
