About this villa rental
Villa Lavinia is located in the village of Torca (Sant'Agata sui due Golfi - Massa Lubrense); it is a charming private villa fully equipped with all modern amenities and offering a beautiful view of the sea. It is situated in a quiet area with neighboring buildings, and there is another independent apartment (owned by someone else) on the top floor, though it does not have access to the pool or terrace.
The villa consists of two levels; on the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with a fantastic terrace offering a sea view, one twin bedroom, and three bathrooms with hydromassage showers and bathtubs; on the first floor, there is a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fireplace, and a Wi-Fi zone, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a pizza oven (available upon request), and a microwave. Air conditioning is available only in all bedrooms (first floor). From the living room, you have access to another large terrace perfect for a special dinner under the stars, as well as a swimming pool featuring a children’s area and a hydro-massage section.
Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms feature a stunning original hand-painted floral and marine motif on the floor, as shown in the photos. In the bathroom, it feels as though you’re underwater. On the villa’s exterior terrace, there is a beautiful private pool with a hydro-massage area, sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ.
There is another independent apartment upstairs (top floor—owned by someone else) in the same building, but it has no access to our property, the pool, or the terrace. It is located in an area with other nearby buildings and villas.
