It is located on the first floor and includes a private terrace with garden furniture and a parking space. Provided our solar panel system generates enough solar power, you’ll be able to charge your electric car at a very low cost.

Our newly opened and furnished vacation rental for 4 people is located on the first floor. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, and a terrace, and is comfortably and elegantly furnished. Parking is available on-site, and a bike rental shop is only about 200 meters away. If there is enough solar power from our PV system, we can offer a very affordable charging option for your electric car.
Despite our location on the outskirts of town, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the town center, where you’ll find dining options: inn, pizzeria, Greek restaurant, bakery, grocery store, Italian ice cream parlor, etc. The train station is also just a few minutes’ walk away and offers hourly departures toward Munich or Salzburg during the day.
During the day, enjoy swimming at the natural beach on Lake Chiemsee; in the evening, relax at the beach bars with music, lounge chairs, hammocks, and a Caribbean vibe. Starting in 2026, the Chiemsee Reggae Summer festival will take place again, attracting approximately 10,000 visitors; it’s located just about 500 meters east of our vacation rental and is within walking distance. During the day, Feldwieser Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Chiemsee. Here you can use the steamboat pier for crossings to Fraueninsel or Herreninsel, or rent SUPs, rowboats, pedal boats, or electric boats.
