Charming holiday villa with its private swimming pool and wooded garden, located in Nianing in a 24-hour secure residence. Ideally nestled between the sea and the lagoon at 500 m, in a quiet and relaxing environment.
Bright and spacious fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, one of which is ideal for children with 2 single beds. 2 showers/toilets, kitchen, living-dining room, covered terrace with poolbar.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove/oven, a microwave and all the necessary kitchen. Washing machine available. You can enjoy the private swimming pool and the mangoes and other fruits of the garden at your leisure depending on the season. There is a communal swimming pool bordered by a bar restaurant, as well as a mini-market at the entrance of the residence. It is possible to book excursions and rides by quad, horse-drawn carriage or pirogue on site. We can put you in touch with a driver/guide if necessary.
At your request, the lady of the house will be happy to prepare your meals.
Cleaning and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant. A meter reading is taken on arrival and departure. Unlimited internet.
