Exactly as described, a clean and comfortable bed, very cosy.
All the facilities you could hope for and very well maintained.

Fantastic place full of lovely touches and very good facilities, with a covered shared kitchen and kettle. We loved wandering about looking at all the collected signs and a highlight was petting the pigs, ponies and saying hello to the turkeys.
St Ives was only a 30 minute walk away, which was easy and car-free in the evening.

Beautiful location, great facilities and helpful staff
It is small so you need to be tidy and organised, bed is not as soft as I like

beautiful setting and great host. You are very close to the beach of Carbis and a short drive away from Hayle or St. Ives. We had a warm outdoor shower and the use of a kitchen with camp stove and fridge. This is a great site for a mini break.
The only slight let down was the firmness of the mattress in the van. There is very little in the way of storage for clothes not a problem for myself and I'm happy to live out of a rucksack but I think this is worth knowing.
