Anna Paula is a great host. She waited for us to arrive and then gave all the needed explanations and recommendations. The apartment is very comfy, with everything you need for the stay. The location is great: close to everything. Parking is off street, with a very large parking lot close by.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped with very convenient furniture. The apartment was extremely clean.
We especially loved the host, who greeted us in person and let us check in early. She stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, always checking that everything was fine. She also recommended some great spots in Pescara and was quick to help whenever we had a question.
The location is wonderful — close to a free beach in a quiet area, with shops and a bus stop nearby.
If we ever come back to Pescara, we would happily stay here again
There were construction works in front of the building, so it was a little bit noise in the morning and before siesta.
