La peor experiencia de Madrid
Nada. Está al lado del rastro, si te pilla un domingo al menos puedes salir de su antro para dar un paseo.
La dueña es muy maleducada. Nos enteramos de que teníamos que ir a buscar la llave a una taquilla, que no solo está a 20 minutos del piso, encima es todo peatonal. No puedes llegar con el coche porque los dos sitios son zonas de bajas emisiones, no me quiero imaginar haciendo todo eso con maletas y en transporte público. Encima la dueña no siente ni un mínimo de empatía, te cuelga de malas formas y nunca se disculpa por ello. El piso no tiene ni una ventana, huele mal, da a un patio típico de edificios madrileños pero con cucarachas y con un ambiente complicado, en un barrio chungo, muchas peleas, yonkis… sales por la puerta y te encuentras los contenedores tirados por el suelo de los yonkis que han estado mirando en las basuras. Cero sensación de seguridad, y de acompañamiento por parte de la dueña, y mira que en mi vida me he alojado en sitios malos y de muchos paises. Para colmo llevo más de un mes esperando a que me mande la factura, por lo que me he visto obligada a ir a consumo y al ayuntamiento de Madrid a informar porque no sé ni si tienen licencia turística. Varios vecinos nos dijeron que no tenía todos los permisos.

Una estancia bastante desepcionante
La cama era cómoda y la ubicación buena
Nada más entrar por el portal, el olor era bastante desagradable (aunque, eso sí, los vecinos fueron muy simpáticos).
Al entrar en el apartamento, sin necesidad de fijarte demasiado, ya se podían apreciar varios desperfectos: paredes descascarilladas en diferentes zonas, azulejos rotos en la cocina, etc. Si te fijabas un poco más, encontrabas varias manchas bastante desagradables en el sofá, hasta el punto de que no invitaba precisamente a sentarse.
La pared situada detrás del cabecero de la cama tenía unas marcas a rayas bastante extrañas. No sé si habían intentado pintar y lo dejaron a medias, pero el aspecto era bastante descuidado.
El espacio era extremadamente reducido. El baño y la cocina prácticamente compartían el mismo espacio y, al cerrar la puerta del baño, esta te daba directamente en las rodillas. Y lo dice una persona que mide 1,60 m; alguien más alto directamente tendría serias dificultades para poder cerrar la puerta con comodidad.
La cocina, además, era muy escasa y la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear: sartenes sucias, platos con restos y una tostadora que no funcionaba.
Por si fuera poco, la nevera hacía un ruido horrible que hacía prácticamente imposible dormir. Tuvimos que desenchufarla para poder descansar, y eso provocó que se descongelara, aunque este es otro tema aparte. Tenía unos cuatro dedos de escarcha acumulada y, además, había una bolsa de hielo de anteriores huéspedes. Al moverla para poder desenchufarla, la suciedad que había acumulada en el fondo era bastante desagradable.
Las puertas de los armarios de la cocina estaban oxidadas y sucias. En definitiva, allí donde mirabas encontrabas algún detalle desagradable o algún desperfecto.
Sinceramente, da la sensación de que las fotografías del anuncio corresponden a cuando el apartamento estaba recién reformado, porque el estado actual del piso deja bastante que desear y dista mucho de la imagen que transmiten las fotos.

Horrorosa
Tiene aire y el colchón no está mal.
Varios puntos:
1. El piso se encuentra en un barrio aparentemente inseguro. Esta en un bajo interior sin ventanas, con no vecinos que hacen vida en ese patio. Muy ruidoso e incomodo.
2. Un suciedad impresionante, enchufes con moho, colilla de porro en el suelo, el suelo lleno de mijitas negras que tuvimos que limpiar para poder pasearnos por el piso, el frigorífico daba asco.
3. El piso es diminuto, la cocina esta separada del baño por una puerta corredera que si la cierras no te puedes sentar en el inodoro.
En definitiva, no volvería ni aunque me pagasen.
