The overall stay was pleasant and the staff were truly amazing very attentive and helpful throughout.
However, we experienced significant noise disturbance from other guests. They were extremely loud from early morning, which made it difficult for us to sleep. The noise continued until approximately 3 PM.
Although staff members did kindly ask them to keep the noise down, the guests unfortunately did not comply.
We appreciate the staff's efforts and enjoyed the hotel itself, but we hope noise management can be improved for future guests.
