Poor managing & mis communication with owner ..fraud hotel...not recommended for other state tourist
I am writing to formally about the extremely poor management and unprofessional behaviour we have faced during our check-in yesterday.
We had contacted the owner from 6:00 AM onwards and clearly informed them in advance that we would be arriving before the standard check-in time, along with the reason for our early arrival. The owner acknowledged and agreed to this over chat. Therefore, it is completely unacceptable that we were subsequently made to face repeated room changes and unnecessary harassment.
Despite booking an AC room, as clearly mentioned in the booking and shown in the proof provided by us, we were repeatedly shifted between rooms. We were first moved from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor, then given a washroom that was visibly unclean and had clearly been used by someone before us. After that, despite providing proof that we had booked and paid for an AC room, we were again shifted to non-AC rooms.
We have made all the payments as instructed. In fact, we paid ₹500 more than the amount shown in the app, including the amount asked for as compensation for the early arrival. Despite fulfilling every payment requirement, the treatment we received—particularly from the staff member wearing the black shirt—was highly unprofessional, rude and unacceptable.
We have been waiting and dealing with this situation for approximately two hours, and only around 9:00 AM were we finally provided two non-AC rooms. This is not the service that a paying guest should receive.
I have attached the photos where we placed earlier..before that 2 non AC rooms...later on we shifted to another rooms after struggling since 2 hours + .6:30 am -9am.
The hotel was under construction..even in that single day constantly we faced loud noises of drilling machine..few times some random person knocking the door asking to check the beam..paint..etc.
Very very disappointed...never thought tourist from other state get treated this way👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
