The location and space are great, and the apartment is conveniently located close to many attractions.
The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment. However, I would highly recommend including daily cleaning services, as there are no extra towels or bedsheets available for daily changes, meaning guests have to do their own laundry. Providing daily cleaning and fresh towels and bedsheets would greatly improve the overall guest experience and make the stay much more comfortable.

The location.
Getting the keys for the apartment wasn't easy. The doorman who doesn't speak 1 word in English told us we weren't in the right place and we were about to leave until Oscar showed up last minute and gave us the digital key.
The carpet was dirty and very dusty. They have to change it.
Not enough pillows neither covers or towels knowing that we were a family of 4 members. I asked for more but they refused to provide more.

Awesome location (and metro entrance in front of the building)
Comfort in general
Beds
Excellent Air Conditioning (way better than regular AC unit blowing air against you)
Well equipped
Chopping board with residues of previous meal.
Noise from the street (not great not terrible)
Confusion with the check in (although it was done prior to the arrival, I have received another reminder during the stay to do the check in otherwise my key will be deactivated and the provided link contained somebody else's data including portion of his credit card, document number, birthday).
