Worst property experience of my life! DO NOT BOOK

If I could rate this property a 0/10 I would. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. The level of unprofessionalism that I received from this host and her minions was diabolical. This experience ruined the first day of my vacation to the point where my guests and I left and booked another hotel on the first day.

This property was booked and confirmed for early check in. When we arrived at 1pm, we were told that the property was not ready and that the cleaning crew was still inside cleaning. The host only answered messages when she wanted to and left us standing outside in the Europe heat wave for over an hour. When we finally went into the property, there was no cleaning crew in sight and the property was left used, dirty and beds still unmade as if someone just got out of bed. She constantly told us that our check-in was at 4pm, eventhough she confirmed an early 11am check in. The cleaning crew arrived at 3:30 and rushed to clean the apartment, finished at around 4:10. The property was left smelling like wet dog to the point where we had to leave on the first day and find/pay for another property, after we were told that we would not receive a refund, since this was the first time that she was hearing the complaint. Multiple booking.com representatives tried to help us and reach the hosts but she refused to answer any of their texts of messages. Do yourself a favor and book another property. The property looks nothing like the pictures and no one deserves the level of disrespect we received after spending their hard earned money. Also, make sure that they send you the code for the key 1 hour after paying the deposit like stated!!! They had us waiting outside for HOURS and would not give us the code for the key until we begged and almost had a heat stroke.
