Great potential, but not quite there yet.

Excellent location, near all facilities, shops and rail station. Modern equipment in the kitchen and a good number of bathrooms and loos. The heating was easy to regulate and quite efficient. Very comfortable beds.

Entrance stairs are not user-friendly being steep with no handrail near the top. Definitely not suitable for disabled. Two out of three showers didn't work properly. Kitchen equipment was modern but complicated, especially combined oven/microwave. There is no cosy, comfortable sitting area; the dining room is functional but rather austere.
