About this drivable vehicle rental
Every good adventure needs a trusty sidekick, and Banjo's been one since 2002. Winter is when this Chevy Blazer ZR2 really earns its keep: real 4x4 with low range, upgraded suspension, 31-inch tires, chains in the back, and a rooftop tent with a heated blanket waiting at the top of the ladder.
The summer crowds are gone. Paradise is buried in snow, the waterfalls are roaring, and the coast puts on a storm show. Spend your days snowshoeing, sledding, or watching big surf, then climb into a warm bed under the evergreens. No booked-out campgrounds. Just you, Banjo, and a very quiet forest.
+++ THE RIG +++
The ZR2 is the factory-built off-road trim of the Chevy Blazer. Not a base model with 4WD bolted on, but the version engineered for off-pavement use. It runs upgraded suspension, 46mm Bilstein shocks, factory skid plates, a wider stance on 31-inch RT tires, and a 4.3L Vortec V6 with a low-range transfer case (4-High for gravel, 4-Low for the slow technical stuff). It's an easy automatic, so if you can drive a car, you can drive Banjo, and it's been wheeling Washington's forest roads for over two decades. It knows the job. Upgraded with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a backup and trail camera, to keep you connected until you don't need to be.
