Some nice features AND why I will not come back

The location is safe and quiet. There are two skylights with a window and shades that open and close by remote control, and a view of a lawn where I enjoyed watching children play with their dogs.

I stayed 4 nights and the management was unacceptable! One example: on my first morning I got on the floor to do physical therapy and realized how dirty the floor was. I swept only the area where I exercised and am posting a photo of just that ONE area. It does NOT INCLUDE the dirt in the dining area, the bathroom, and other parts of the floor, so bear that in mind when you look at the photo. I sent the photo to the manager. Any decent manager would respond with an apology, an assurance that they will speak to the cleaners, and an offer to send someone to sweep the apartment. Not this management. This management completely avoided the issue of whether their €75 cleaning fee even includes sweeping the floor. They said they do not provide cleaning services during my stay, so I reminded them that I was not talking about cleaning during my stay, but clearly talking about what should have been done BEFORE my stay. They said, again without apology, that I could request a “deep” cleaning. I don’t know what they charge for that or how long I would have to wait, but it was irrelevant. Sweeping the floor does not require a “deep” cleaning. A €75 cleaning fee should absolutely include sweeping the floor. Here’s another example of how out of touch they are with customer relations: note that the bed in their photos is really just a mattress and a bottom sheet. So, when you’re exhausted that first night and climb up the platform to get into bed, you will find that it is your job to make the bed. First, you have to spread and tuck in the top sheet that they do provide. Fair warning: it is not easy to make a bed when it is pressed against walls that preclude access to half of the mattress. Then you have to hunch over to get inside the little cubbyhole closet under the bed to find a blanket. Judging from the variety of colors, lengths, and textures in the hairs on that blanket, it is obvious that it is rarely (if ever) washed.

Reasonable option

It was comfortable with a nice sofa, table. Shower was nice and hot. Location was quiet and dark at night, so easy to sleep.

Communication difficulties meant I waited for half an hour to enter. Location was a 15 minute walk to the centre, longer to get to most of the attractions.
