The location was perfect for an event at the Erie arena. Owner and manager were very friendly.
Across the street didn’t seem like the safest neighborhood, but no fault of the owners here. Could used some updates, but for the cost, everything was good.

It’s a beautiful Victorian home. The owed and staff were wonderful. The guests were lovely also.

The owner, Julie, was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. The property manager, Dylan, was friendly and informative. The historic building was charming, the furnishings were attractive, comfortable and well suited to the age of the house (built in 1897). The self-serve breakfast was ample and varied.
Upon our arrival, at dusk, we had some difficulty finding and using the entry code to the property, which was not occupied. The diffitulltes were soon solved and our overall impression is very favorable.
