Granny house in grate location
The only advantage was the location is in a walk distance to all tourists attractions in the city.
The detailed communication was grate, but shame that few details I wish we knew in advance.
Where to start…. We knew it will be an old city building, but the overall condition of the property is not suitable to the price they asked.
The first thing was the parking. A narrow path in which we could not get with our car. The owners let us know about it only after we already reserved the accommodation in private massage. If I knew it in advance we would it booked this place at all.
Second, the stairs, be aware the apartment located on first floor with stiff stairs, it was not specified any where. We traveled with elderly couple and a small child, believe me it was not a pleasant surprise.
The noise of the floor was so loud, we just hoped we did not disturbing the people on the first floor. Shame I cannot attached the video with the sound it makes.
Next was the smell. It felt like the place was not visited for a while. Even the towels had the same smell. We had to open the windows and take a few hours away to let the smell vaporize.
In addition the furniture. A carpet which seen like it was wet, dried with deformation, and someone tried to glue it to the floor. The couches in the living room full of some kind of spots. The big lamp hanging over the table, which was attached by a metal wire.
And for grand final we had the bathroom with the tab in which the walls seen a better day.
To summarize it all, it felt like a granny house that was fixed in minimum effort just to make profit of it.
