Not too bad 😊

Nice and clean.

1. No hot water even we follow the instructions. 2. Instructions is not clearly stated when opening the main door. 3. There is something bad smell coming from the fridge.

Lovely and Bright Apartment

Fantastic little apartment located in the lovely suburb of Glyfada. The space itself is very comfortable, clean and had great natural light. Good sized cupboard for storing clothes and a suitcase. Nice and close to the shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies as well as the nearby beaches which is an extra bonus when in Athens. The hosts really helped me out on my first night with a personal issue and for that I am very grateful.

An Nespresso machine would be a welcomed touch as well as some shelving in the bathroom for soaps and shampoos. An extra towel rack would also be appreciated. Otherwise, all good!

The host will contact the police for guests

Nothing

I was threatened by the host that he had already contacted the police and that I would be arrested at the airport. The reason? I informed him that I had temporarily misplaced the room key, which I later recovered after realizing I had accidentally left it in an Uber. This kind of intimidation is completely unacceptable and was one of the most shocking experiences I have ever had while traveling. This was, without exaggeration, the worst accommodation experience I have had in more than 20 years of traveling around the world. The listing advertised an electronic keypad entry system for the room. However, shortly before my arrival, I received a message saying that the electronic lock was broken. Instead of providing a proper solution, I was sent a complicated set of instructions that felt like navigating a maze just to collect the room key. To make matters worse, accessing the room required carrying and using multiple physical keys to unlock three different doors before finally reaching the room. This is 2026—travelers expect secure and convenient access systems, not to carry around a collection of keys everywhere they go. The photos on Booking.com are highly misleading. The actual entrance of the building is poorly maintained and looks nothing like the pictures online. The entire building gives the impression of an abandoned property rather than a place welcoming guests. The host’s behavior throughout the situation was unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than communicating respectfully and helping resolve a simple issue, he chose to threaten and intimidate me with claims of police involvement and arrest. After staying in hotels and accommodations across the world for more than two decades, I can confidently say that this is the worst place I have ever stayed in—not only because of the property itself, but also because of the host’s unacceptable conduct. I strongly recommend that travelers avoid this accommodation and book elsewhere.
