A fantastic apartment, spacious enough and equipped with absolutely everything you need for both a short and a longer stay in Monte Carlo. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your own meals. The living room with its dining area is very comfortable, and the lovely terrace with seating furniture is a real highlight even without view, but with the flowers — something you don’t often find in apartments. Apartment have a separate bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Everything is new and spotless, with plenty of thoughtful extras such as toilet paper, soap, tissues, and other essentials.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it faces the courtyard and, thanks to Monaco’s characteristic elevation, it feels more like being on the third floor. The street is quiet, and while there is a slight uphill walk, as is typical in Monaco, the public escalators nearby make getting back much easier. Just be sure to find all of them not just one. The location is excellent, with the market and Carrefour supermarket very close by.
Last but not least, Victoria is a wonderful host: friendly, cheerful, attentive, and extremely helpful. She welcomed us personally, showed us around the apartment, and stayed in regular contact throughout our stay. Her dedication and warm approach really made a difference. Highly recommended!
There was absolutely nothing I disliked about the apartment itself. If I had to mention one small thing, the mattress was a little too soft for my personal preference. However, this is purely a matter of individual taste and sleeping habits, and it certainly did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

Appartamento nuovo, arredato e corredato con molto gusto. Posizione centrale comoda per girare e, tramite gli ascensori, anche alla spiaggia. L'host, Virginia, è molto gentile e parla italiano. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Tout était parfait. De l'emplacement à l'accueil par Virginia, de l'équipement complet à la propreté impeccable, difficile de trouver à redire.
Seule remarque, le climatiseur mobile sera peut-être un peu juste en plein été.
