clean, comfortable, close to town. easy to deal with hosts.
I feel cleaning products should be provided for longer stays, i had to go out and buy cloths and cleaning spray.

Really loved that there were kid toys and some books for them! Wonderful price point. Easy to unlock the house, plenty of storage and great location, near shops etc. (but near a bar too which means sometimes you can get interesting people).
The patio area looked as it does in the picture, so not that nice and some parts of the carpet were slightly sticky but that was easily covered by the rug. Sometimes I could hear intoxicated people but that was just me. Whānau was fine.

Great location
A minor hazard for kids at top of the stairs could benefit from some padding on beams at top of the stairs.

Easy to find - great location so close to town, supermarket just down the road. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot for those very cold mornings. It's nice to stay in a house when in town for a few days.
Blackout curtains in both bedrooms would have been great. No tea or coffee available.
