1. Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were lovely and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. They were so friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
2. Great location
The location is excellent! The train station is just a two-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around. There are also plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.
3. Privacy and comfort
There are three floors, with just one guest room on each floor. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, so you don’t have to share with other guests. I really liked having that extra privacy.
4. Nice common areas and great coffee
The lobby on the first floor has tables, chairs, a microwave, a fridge, and all the cups and tableware you need for a simple meal. There’s also free coffee that you can make yourself, and it tastes really good!
I also visited the rooftop terrace once. It’s a lovely place to sit, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, and simply unwind. I can imagine it would be a great spot to relax and chat with friends, too.

1. Stayed for 5nights. I was on the 1st floor which was beside the kitchen /sala. I liked that I was the only one there, so I often stayed at the kitchen doing work. It felt like I had the place to myself.
2. Place was very cozy, like a coffee shop. Lighting was nice, chairs comfortable and they had lazy morning-vibe music played in speakers which you can turn off if you’re not into it.
3. Utensils available, with refrigerator and microwave. You can’t cook but that’s fine with me, as long as a microwave and refrigerator are available, with a water heater for coffee.
4. The bathing area had its own vanity area, and there was a separate shower and tub too that could allow my body to be dipped entirely, unlike other hotels with very low level of overflows in their tubs.
5. Very very close to restaurants and 7/11 and near the station too. 1 train ride to Sannomiya.
I didn’t really like that my room was separate from the toilet and bathing area by the hallway. So people going to the 2nd and 3rd floors would pass by. I felt like there was an invasion of my “space”. And I had to change clothes to be decent whenever I had to go to the vanity area/shower room and toilet because I may meet people passing by the hallway. And I had to lock, unlock those areas several times in a day when I go to the shower area or my room because I never know if someone would pass by.
Walls are thin. You can very much hear the sounds on the second floor, or if someone is passing by along the way outside the house, as if there were no walls. But I think that is standard in many units in Japan. At least, the walls are not see-through.

The host is extremely responsive and kind. The fresh coffee supplied was delicious! The rooms are very spacious and the pillows were very comfortable! The rooftop was also very cool! Nice to hang out there and eat a meal.
You can hear the other guests coming in and out but when they’re in their rooms it’s surprisingly quiet. The area is quite busy and can be loudish
