The property was very clean, had most things we needed. The comms with the owner/property co. was very good a prompt when we needed to make contact.
The entrance security was excellent.
Parking was difficult. We managed to get a space but it was in a nearby road.
There were no instructions at all in the property, so we didn’t know what we were supposed to do with bedding or rubbish.
The occupants in the flat upstairs were very noisy. This is an old building and offers little in the way of noise insulation.
A very minor thing, egg cups would have been nice to have in the kitchen.

the view over the bay is phenominal and the sunsets across the bay were stunning. The locality to the beach and the town is excellent.
Parking was a bit hit and miss.

Stunning position and the property was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Able to relax straight away and enjoy. Clearly well managed. Thanks, will be back.
Nothing to reasonably complain about.

Spoonbill apartment is light, airy and comfortable.
Some of the facilities were not present in the property. Parking is not available unless are extremely lucky, the description about parking is very misleading.
