Home away from home.

Property is very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Self check-in which is pretty easy. We stayed for 1 night with my family and everyone truly felt at home.

Fiasco, will never return to this accommodation

Unfortunately, our stay at this facility was one big fiasco and, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience of our entire road trip. About a month before our arrival, I received a phone call informing me that there had been a problem with their booking system. Apparently, after a software upgrade, they discovered a double-booking issue between their system and Booking.com. Our four-bed unit had been booked and paid for back in March, yet somehow it was no longer available. To their credit, they offered us two separate units instead, and in hindsight, I should have cancelled and requested a full refund at that point. Trying to be accommodating, I accepted the alternative arrangement. Unfortunately, the two units were not even next to each other. One was on one side of the property and the other on the opposite side. As a family with two teenage children, a son and a daughter, this was far from ideal. The problems continued on the day we travelled to Kimberley. While driving, I received videos explaining how to access the property and open the various lockboxes. I simply requested the gate and lockbox codes in writing, as I obviously couldn't watch multiple videos while driving. The response I received was that all the information was contained in the videos and that I should watch them. It took unnecessary back-and-forth before someone eventually sent me the codes directly. What should have been a simple process became far more complicated than it needed to be. The accommodation itself was also disappointing. The best way I can describe it is this: you can put jewellery and makeup on a pig, but it's still a pig. While the units may look acceptable at first glance, the reality didn't match the presentation. One of the units had virtually no water pressure. Taking a shower involved moving around beneath the showerhead just to get wet. Overall, the entire experience was poorly managed from beginning to end.

I t was good experience; I can book that accommodation again.

The area , the photos were on point, very clean.

They forgot to leave a mop; I would have preferred a bath soap too and private room to be locked.

Comfortable and home away from home

The cleanliness, size and overall layout of the property is exceptional. The property is well equipped with complimentary tea/coffee and milk. It's self catering and has a great dining area. The pool area is great for morning coffee. Definitely a place that I would book again.

The rain shower head has a bit of a drip, I'm nitpicking as this really is the only slight negative.
